What sets you apart from other people in the roofing industry?
I founded Watergate Roofing in 2013 because I looked around at other companies and thought “We can do this better!” Since then we have been constantly improving on our top-notch roofing practices, bettering our customer service, and having fun while doing it.
What drives you in your life?
What drives me is the freedom that comes with owning and operating my own business. I am always able to go above and beyond for our customers.
Nick Hargett
Director of Operations
What sets you apart from other people in the roofing industry?
I come from the homeowner’s perspective so I pride myself on communicating with our clients about their project in a clear and concise way. I want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get their work done and understand the process.
How do you spend your free time?
When I’m not working you can find me on a trail, fishing with my son on the White River or relaxing with my family.
Denise Gonzalez
Operations Manager
What sets you apart from other people in the roofing industry?
I’m a goal-oriented person who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and understanding their needs. As one of the first points of contact for many of our customers, I take pride in making sure they feel welcomed, heard, and confident in choosing our team from the very beginning. I also handle a lot behind the scenes to keep things organized, communication flowing, and our team moving in the right direction. I enjoy being the connection between our customers and our team and helping create a great experience from start to finish.
How do you spend your free time?
Being a hands-on mother to one awesome little boy named Ayden. Spending time with family and doing activities together is one of my favorite things to do.

I love connecting with people and finding the best way to serve their specific needs. We focus on doing things the right way and treating every home we work on like it was our own.
How do you spend your free time?
In my free time I like to explore in nature or new places, eat pizza, and take photos!

Spreading love in my community is incredibly important to me, and giving homeowners and business owners an easy and great experience brings me tons of joy!
How do you spend your free time?
I like to spend my free time rock climbing, playing soccer, and traveling the world with my wife and son.
Brendan Fox
Production Manager
What sets you apart from other people in the roofing industry?
I worked in the roofing industry for 5+ years and have been in restaurant management for the last 8-9 years. Now, the two industries are not quite the same, but there are many similarities when it comes to managing workflow and schedules, forming bonds with fellow employees, cultivating relationships with vendors and suppliers, and most of all, positive communication with customers is key, because at the end of the day, it’s all about providing the customers with the very best service.
How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time with friends and family. My daughter is active in many sports, and I love coaching her in softball. You can also find me out on a golf course somewhere attempting to improve my game, usually to mixed results.

Adaptability is one of my greatest strengths. I genuinely enjoy problem-solving and believe that with the right mindset, most challenges have a solution. I care deeply about people and take pride in delivering thoughtful, reliable service every step of the way.
How do you spend your free time?
These days, most of my free time is spent adventuring with my son, Elio. We love exploring the outdoors—whether it’s hiking through the woods, splashing in creeks, or finding new spots to climb together.
